He said, “Oh don’t let the Lord be angry, and I will speak. What if there are thirty found there?” He said, “I will not do it if I find thirty there.”
Abraham rose up from before his dead, and spoke to the children of Heth, saying,
The children of Heth answered Abraham, saying to him,
He talked with them, saying, “If you agree that I should bury my dead out of my sight, hear me, and entreat for me to Ephron the son of Zohar,
Food was set before him to eat, but he said, “I will not eat until I have told my message.” He said, “Speak on.”
God came to Laban, the Syrian, in a dream of the night, and said to him, “Be careful that you don’t speak to Jacob either good or bad.”
It is in the power of my hand to hurt you, but the God of your father spoke to me last night, saying, ‘Be careful that you don’t speak to Jacob either good or bad.’

Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth, and teach you what you shall speak.”
Yahweh’s anger burned against Moses, and he said, “What about Aaron, your brother, the Levite? I know that he can speak well. Also, behold, he comes out to meet you. When he sees you, he will be glad in his heart.
You shall speak to him, and put the words in his mouth. I will be with your mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what you shall do.
He will be your spokesman to the people; and it will happen, that he will be to you a mouth, and you will be to him as God.
Moses told Aaron all Yahweh’s words with which he had sent him, and all the signs with which he had instructed him.
Aaron spoke all the words which Yahweh had spoken to Moses, and did the signs in the sight of the people.
Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
“Go in, speak to Pharaoh king of Egypt, that he let the children of Israel go out of his land.”
Moses spoke before Yahweh, saying, “Behold, the children of Israel haven’t listened to me. How then shall Pharaoh listen to me, who am of uncircumcised lips?”
On the day when Yahweh spoke to Moses in the land of Egypt,
Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, “I am Yahweh. Speak to Pharaoh king of Egypt all that I speak to you.”
Yahweh said to Moses, “Behold, I have made you as God to Pharaoh; and Aaron your brother shall be your prophet.
You shall speak all that I command you; and Aaron your brother shall speak to Pharaoh, that he let the children of Israel go out of his land.
Yahweh spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
“When Pharaoh speaks to you, saying, ‘Perform a miracle!’ then you shall tell Aaron, ‘Take your rod, and cast it down before Pharaoh, that it become a serpent.’”
Moses said, “You have spoken well. I will see your face again no more.”
Yahweh spoke to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, saying,
Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
Moses went up to God, and Yahweh called to him out of the mountain, saying, “This is what you shall tell the house of Jacob, and tell the children of Israel:
Yahweh said to Moses, “Behold, I come to you in a thick cloud, that the people may hear when I speak with you, and may also believe you forever.” Moses told the words of the people to Yahweh.
When the sound of the trumpet grew louder and louder, Moses spoke, and God answered him by a voice.
God spoke all these words, saying,
Yahweh said to Moses, “This is what you shall tell the children of Israel: ‘You yourselves have seen that I have talked with you from heaven.

When Moses entered into the Tent, the pillar of cloud descended, stood at the door of the Tent, and spoke with Moses.
Yahweh spoke to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend. He turned again into the camp, but his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, didn’t depart from the Tent.
When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the testimony in Moses’ hand, when he came down from the mountain, Moses didn’t know that the skin of his face shone by reason of his speaking with him.
Moses called to them, and Aaron and all the rulers of the congregation returned to him; and Moses spoke to them.
When Moses was done speaking with them, he put a veil on his face.
But when Moses went in before Yahweh to speak with him, he took the veil off, until he came out; and he came out, and spoke to the children of Israel that which he was commanded.
The children of Israel saw Moses’ face, that the skin of Moses’ face shone: and Moses put the veil on his face again, until he went in to speak with him.
Yahweh called to Moses, and spoke to him from the Tent of Meeting, saying,
Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
When Moses went into the Tent of Meeting to speak with Yahweh, he heard his voice speaking to him from above the mercy seat that was on the ark of the Testimony, from between the two cherubim: and he spoke to him.
Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying,
Yahweh came down in the cloud, and spoke to him, and took of the Spirit that was on him, and put it on the seventy elders. When the Spirit rested on them, they prophesied, but they did so no more.
They said, “Has Yahweh indeed spoken only with Moses? Hasn’t he spoken also with us?” And Yahweh heard it.
Yahweh spoke suddenly to Moses, to Aaron, and to Miriam, “You three come out to the Tent of Meeting!” The three of them came out.
With him, I will speak mouth to mouth, even plainly, and not in riddles; and he shall see Yahweh’s form. Why then were you not afraid to speak against my servant, against Moses?”

God came to Balaam, and said, “Who are these men with you?”
Balaam said to God, “Balak the son of Zippor, king of Moab, has said to me,
Yahweh opened the mouth of the donkey, and she said to Balaam, “What have I done to you, that you have struck me these three times?”
The donkey said to Balaam, “Am I not your donkey, on which you have ridden all your life long until today? Was I ever in the habit of doing so to you?” He said, “No.”
Yahweh’s angel said to Balaam, “Go with the men; but only the word that I shall speak to you, that you shall speak.” So Balaam went with the princes of Balak.
Balaam said to Balak, “Behold, I have come to you. Have I now any power at all to speak anything? The word that God puts in my mouth, that shall I speak.”
Yahweh put a word in Balaam’s mouth, and said, “Return to Balak, and thus you shall speak.”
He answered and said, “Must I not take heed to speak that which Yahweh puts in my mouth?”
Yahweh met Balaam, and put a word in his mouth, and said, “Return to Balak, and say this.”
But Balaam answered Balak, “Didn’t I tell you, saying, ‘All that Yahweh speaks, that I must do?’”
He took up his parable, and said, “Balaam the son of Beor says, the man whose eyes are open says;
Balaam said to Balak, “Didn’t I also tell your messengers whom you sent to me, saying,
